SILUETRECOVERY offers international shipping.
Delivery times and carriers vary depending on the destination country and the postal or courier service used.
All delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs clearance, local postal services, public holidays or other circumstances outside our control.
Any customs duties, import taxes or other charges imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer.
International Returns
SILUETRECOVERY products are intimate and personal garments.
Returns are accepted only where permitted by applicable consumer law and provided that the product remains in its original, unused condition.
To be eligible for return, an item must:
- be unworn and unused;
- be unwashed;
- show no signs of wear, stains, odours, damage or deformation;
- retain its original tags and protective elements;
- retain its original condition and presentation.
Where permitted by applicable law, products supplied with a hygiene seal or sealed protective packaging cannot be returned after the seal or packaging has been opened for health and hygiene reasons.
Customers must contact contact@siluetrecovery.com before sending any return and obtain return instructions.
Unless otherwise required by applicable law, return shipping costs for non-defective products are the responsibility of the customer.
Defective, damaged or incorrectly supplied products will be handled separately in accordance with applicable consumer law.
