1. Products & Size Selection

SILUETRECOVERY sells shaping garments with varying levels of compression.

We make reasonable efforts to accurately describe product characteristics, materials and sizing.

Customers may select their size using the size chart provided on the website or contact us for assistance with size selection.

To receive an accurate size recommendation, customers must provide current and accurate body measurements taken in accordance with our measuring instructions. Any size recommendation is based solely on the measurements provided by the customer.

2. Orders

An order is considered placed once the customer submits the order and receives confirmation.

We reserve the right to cancel an order before shipment in the event of product unavailability, an obvious pricing error, inability to confirm payment or inability to deliver the order.

Any payment received for a cancelled order will be refunded.

3. Payment

Available payment methods may include:

• international bank cards, including Visa and Mastercard;
• other payment methods available at checkout.

Payments are processed through a third-party payment provider.

SILUETRECOVERY does not receive or store bank card details.

Payment processing is also subject to the terms of the relevant payment provider.

4. International Shipping

SILUETRECOVERY offers international shipping.

Available shipping methods, estimated delivery times and other conditions are described in our Shipping & Returns policy.

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by the carrier, customs clearance and the destination country.

Import duties, taxes and other destination-country charges are the responsibility of the customer unless expressly stated otherwise.

5. Returns & Exchanges

Return and exchange conditions are described in our Shipping & Returns policy.

Because SILUETRECOVERY products are intimate and personal garments, returns may be restricted for hygiene reasons where permitted by applicable law.

Items that have been worn, used, washed or damaged by the customer are not eligible for return unless otherwise required by mandatory consumer law.

Customer rights regarding defective or incorrectly supplied products remain unaffected.

Any information provided on this website regarding postpartum use, recovery, cosmetic procedures or post-surgical use is provided for general informational purposes only and does not constitute medical advice, diagnosis or treatment.

SILUETRECOVERY products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease and are not a substitute for medical devices or professional medical advice.

Customers considering the use of our products following surgery, during recovery or in connection with any health condition should consult their healthcare professional and follow their medical advice.

Customers are responsible for determining whether a product is suitable for their individual circumstances, health condition and intended use.

7. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SILUETRECOVERY is not responsible for consequences resulting from:

• incorrect size selection or inaccurate measurements provided by the customer;
• improper use of the product;
• use contrary to product instructions or medical advice;
• individual physical reactions;
• failure to follow care instructions;
• expectations of any particular medical, recovery or aesthetic result.

SILUETRECOVERY does not guarantee any medical, therapeutic or specific aesthetic result from the use of its products.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.

8. Governing Law

Gidor Co., Ltd. operates under the laws of Thailand.

Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer rights available under applicable laws in the customer's country where such rights apply.
